The ESOFORM package consists of: a set of LaTeX class and style files that define all macros needed to complete Phase 1 proposals for Short Programmes, Normal Programmes and Large Programmes; proposal templates for Short Programmes, Normal Programmes and Large Programmes; the ESOFORM Users Manual. You will find links to the available ESOFORM packages at the bottom of this page. After downloading the proposal package, please prepare your proposal following the guidelines in the ESOFORM Users manual and the Call for Proposals.Once your proposal is ready, it can be submitted by clicking on the link "Submit a proposal" and following the upload instructions from that web page.
